Welcome, Corpacero: a new chapter for portfolio management

We are currently supporting Corpacero with the implementation of a multichannel collections agent configured on our agent platform.

Yudex Labs enables teams to configure AI collections agents that make voice calls to customers with outstanding payments, follow up on commitments, record payment promises, and escalate special cases to a human advisor. The Corpacero team will have a centralized dashboard with conversation traceability, contactability metrics, payment commitments, and portfolio management tools to prioritize follow-up and strengthen debt recovery.

Yudex Labs goes beyond collections automation: the platform allows teams to configure, supervise, and improve their own AI agents for voice and conversational channels. They can define contact rules, payment follow-up flows, escalation criteria, and the information that must be logged after each interaction, while maintaining human oversight of the operation.

Our team is supporting Corpacero through the design of the collections workflow, initial configuration, and launch testing.
